When choosing a host make sure there are no limits on memory, bandwidth (amount of data transferred between visitor and your host) and file transfers as you could be charged costly fees. Our hosting covers unlimited use so there will be no extra charges to worry about.

3. Your company advertises Up-Front Pricing, what is this and how does it benefit me?

Up-Front pricing is our way of showing the client exactly what the cost of the website will be and how much the maintenance will cost in the future. Knowing the cost ahead of time helps the client budget accordingly and not be concerned about hidden fees that may jeopardize the websites growth. Many web design companies offer low startup prices but charge $50 to $100 an hour for simple updates that can hurt a websites growth. We offer low unlimited maintenance plans and our regular maintenance charges are well below the industry standard.

4. I would like my website designed by you, what do I need to do now?

The first thing to do is to create your domain name (www.yoursitename.com) and making sure it is available to register either with us or another domain retailer. The next step is for you to describe your vision for what the site design should be, either by comparison or a basic description. Although we can design the site just based on its market, we always value the client’s ideas whether it’s a simple color scheme or a logo idea as it is their online identity. The last step needed is to fill the pages with all the sites content (text, picture, forms, links, etc.) and we can also add in some of the necessary apps/features to your site for the best optimization.

5. How long will it take for my website to be live on the web?

Once all of your content is received and the site design is finalized (The website design will be altered as many times necessary to reach the ideal look and feel the client wants.) Depending on the scope of the website the completion time will be 2-4 weeks from the time that the design is finalized and all content is received. Full Flash websites and E-Commerce websites may take longer than 4 weeks due to the immense time needed for programming.

6. What is a Flash website?

A Flash website is a dynamic and eye catching site that really excels visually to wow the visitor. Although Flash animated sites are visually impressive they do have some limitations. These websites are not compatible with certain products (Apple Ipod/Ipad, mobile browsers, and outdated hardware/software) which can hurt site visibility. To ensure full compatibility we can create a Non-Flash website to link off of your Flash websites home page which will ensure your website can be seen by all users.
